Free Three-Day Trial

At Skill Leap AI, we believe in the value of our content, which is why we provide all new users with a free three-day trial. During this trial, you'll have unlimited access to all of our tutorials, courses, and other learning resources. Experience everything we have to offer without any cost!


Monthly Subscription

After your free trial ends, you'll automatically be enrolled in our monthly subscription at a rate of $24.99. This subscription gives you continued access to all the valuable content on Skill Leap AI, allowing you to explore, learn, and grow in the field of AI.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that your learning needs may change, and we've made it easy for you to manage your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings on our website. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your Skill Leap AI account.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings. (Click profile picture and then dashboard)

  3. Click on the purchase tab.

  4. Select Cancel Membership and follow the instructions.


Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you won't be charged again.

Cancellation and Refund Due to Unintended Charges

Cancellation Request: If a user wishes to cancel their subscription or service, they must do so before the next billing cycle to avoid any upcoming charges. It is the responsibility of the user to be aware of their billing date and to ensure timely cancellation if they no longer wish to continue with the service.



Unintended Charges: We understand that mistakes can happen. If a user forgets to cancel their subscription or service and is inadvertently charged, we will consider issuing a refund under the following conditions:


a. The user must contact our support team via email at support@skillleap.ai within 7 days of the unintended charge.


b. The request must include details such as the user's account information, the date of the charge, and the reason for the refund request.


c. Upon receipt of the request, our team will review the details and determine eligibility for a refund on a case-by-case basis.



Refund Process: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The exact timing will depend on the user's bank or payment provider. We will notify the user via email once the refund has been issued.



Limitations: We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe that the user is attempting to exploit this policy or if there have been multiple refund requests from the same user within a short period. This policy is intended to accommodate genuine mistakes and not to enable repeated or deliberate misuse.
